| please somebody help me.
i'm tryin' to play RE4 on my pc but i've got Vista on it. so when i install,crack and patch
the game and click on icon to play it shows the box with this "Program is not responding
and going to be closed".
what should i do???
somebody help please

| Sounds like it might be a compatibility problem, rather than something to do with the game itself. Are you sure RE4 is compatible with Vista? |

Man, it should be. Cause i've got friends who's got Vista and playin' on it

Yeah its the big problem with vista... Bugged me a lot too... Security sux, asks for anything... Just right click on shortcut and run as admin, just like Down said... If problem prevails either game is corrupted, or its older version, not comp. with vista... |

| Aw, I had my professional advice all ready and everything. "Uninstall Vista and burn the computer it was on. Buy a new computer and install XP Home. Works like a charm!"  |

I forgot about the "run as administrator" option. I had to do that when installing Rise of Persia.
But wouldn't this thread be better categorized as Game Support? |
