RE2 & RE3 on DS...

This hasn't been confirmed or anything, just to keep you hopes from getting up, this is simply an idea that I had, which I think would be really awesome, having ports, like they did for the first RE on DS, ports of Resident Evil 2 & Resident Evil 3. Smile

I think that the DS could handle RE2 & RE3 both, graphic wise and everything, and it would be really nice to be able to play through those games on DS with the manual reload and knife. So what do you think, should Capcom make ports for these two amazing games on the DS?

yeah i would love to see this. the whole thought of me be playing able to play resident evil 2 on the move just makes me happy!!! Very Happy

OH yeah, I think that RE2 was one of the more tragic, and epic ones, that one would be especially cool to play, I can just imagine watching that scene with Birkin & HUNK on the DS... Smile

I hope they make it now, but I'd still rather a Wii version for RE2 and 3

That would be so awesome, I'd love to see the Clock Tower battle with Nemesis on the DS! flower

And I just love the option 'All of the above'

Well if they are moved to the DS I don't think that I will be getting them...I like to stay loyal to Playstation games

Yeah, the Clock Tower battle would be cool, and the scene where Nemesis shoots down the chopper. Smile

Hmmm, well, the DS while it is alot of fun, sometimes, it is also not something that I play alot, Mario Kart is still one of the best games on it, and REDS(RE Deadly Silence) is great too, and I can see that you don't care to have one, but believe me, as a DS owner, this is something that would make me pick up & play the DS again, & might even usher you into getting one. Smile

I think RE4 or 5 on DS would be a cool idea. 2 & 3 though wouldn't fit very well... The DS's small screen is certainly a liability as it destroys the games' moody atmosphere.

I think that they would fit perfectly, with the first one as evidence, I forgot I was even playing on a DS, it was that enjoyable, & just goes to show how REs great storyline can still get you just as much into it on a handheld, so RE2 & RE3 would be very welcome, not too mention how they would probably do just that & better. Smile

I don't believe RE4 and certainly not RE5 would be possible, like Ghost Leader said, technilogically impossible, but I do think that if they wanted to make an RE game on DS with the new camera, that would be possible, and cool too, maybe that N-Gage Degeneration game will make its way to DS? Smile

Well i think that Capcom doesn't need to create it... Just one smart brain is enough to create game... They can just ask for permission...
