Or at least rationally and critically by your beliefs.
I think an intelligent person can decide for themselves whether they believe in either or.

| Trust me. I have. Rationale and critical thinking gave us the theory of evolution. Irrationality gave us the theory of every species of animal on earth climbing aboard an ark two by two to survive a global flood. Rational and critical thinking (when dealing with falsifiable claims) inevitably lead to the exact same conclusion every time.
