To be honest I'd still rather have a really good book than watch a good movie.

Don't get me wrong, I love movies, I even have quite a collection of them but I still prefer a good read.
Mass, who pulled your string?

jk. well thats a personal preferrence, for some odd reason, but movies are far superior.

theyre both forms of entertainment, but i guess its what your in the mood for.

i know when i first got the re novels, i was in the mood for reading.

and when i got Cat In The Hat...

I would cringe if I read Twilight.

Good one. And it just depends on the book.
It does, but if you compare a movie, at its best, to a book, at it's best, the movie wins.

there are just so many factors and qualities that a book experience can't touch.

I think books are better. Books take longer to read and you can get to know everything fairly easy.

You can imagine all the little details and it's good food for your brain. ^-^ Visual is quick and easy but slow is more fun to me.

They totally ruined Twotlight for me. ^-^;;; And the fans? OMG. That was annoying in school. Yay for graduating 2011. Very Happy

I need to read some RE novels..

In addition to those you have it'd be sweet if they actually some day translated the last three novels.

Btw. You don't have the movie novels but I guess there's no point in torturing oneself with the movies in readable form.

Yeah I'm not gonna count those.

And I remembered hearing on here about those jap versions, which I would definately enjoy to have translated, cuz my japanese is a bit rusty.

This just came through the post today after two years of waiting for the price to come down. Had to bite the bullet and dish out twenty quid for it but it was worth it as its so much better having a physical copy than having it stored on the hard drive. Better quality too. Waugh at his best.

Why not? You tend to make me watch all kinds of cool things anyway.

Damn straight. Smile

And you can read my books, since some people get enjoyment out of reading... study
