The price depends on the system and whether you want the regular or the special edition.
I got mine new for about 45€ which is roughly 58$.

I don't want to meddle in your things spike, but if you want to play it, the biohazard revival selection on xbox only works on Japan consoles, I read about it in a lot of forums and in the description on this item for example http://www.ebay.com/itm/USED-Xbox-360-Biohazard-Revival-Selection-JAPAN-import-Japanese-xbox360-game-/140603325051, it says this:

As long as I can play both in HD, and get to hear Waugh in each game(  )then I'll be happy.
