I was thinking the same exact thing.
RE5 happened in March 2009 and Revelations before it in the same year. There's no way a global zombie outbreak could have happened anywhere in there. umm revelations takes place in 2005.......
RE6 either takes place in 2008 or 2009.... |

| From the information found on xbox.com, the game is set in 2013 which makes sens since re4 and 5 came out around the same year in which their story was based in. Although what really confused me is the official statement of Capcom saying that the game happens 10 years after the Raccoon City Incident which was in 1998....
