Birkin's biggest problem was propably the rapid mutations. As you can see from the creature, Birkin himself seems to be gradually taken over by the G. After that he was pretty much just a mindless monster.

what i think is pretty funny is how in reality you could just walk out the room so what if for example the final nemesis form was about to eat jills face and she goes errrrrr bye "SLAM"! through the door. Id be a pretty pissed off nemesis at this point.
