| Overly complicated to the dumb CoD masses maybe. I'd like to have different and more realistic calibers and guns in RE. This is why I like BF3. It is fairly varied in its choices of guns and accessories. Gotta love the AEK+suppressor+Holo sight+foregrip. Tasty combo. _________________ Leon Fanboys Please Click Here Wesker is officially dead: http://ps3.ign.com/articles/100/1006931p1.html | NiteKrawler wrote: | | Jamesy wrote: | | Fine you win NightCrawler |

| Now theyve been expanding on the guns in the series for a long time, but i would like to play another re like te first...just a pistol, maybe come across a shotgun, something like thatd be cool.
just have minimal weapons. maybe even have to utilize blunt objects like outbreak.
oh, and what about that kick you can do with kevin? that was awesome and useful. _________________ -Vae Victus-Suffering To The Conquered-"The ultimate lifeform...Tyrant", Albert Wesker, REmakeConsumer Recreation Services |

There is indeed such a thing called oversupply. But I guess I'm not talking the spin-offs here, which are appropriately catering to the shooter-games fanbase faction. But to anyone not into guns, "being able to choose" between five or even more weapons in a main title easily turns into "having to choose" between five or more weapons, especially when it's not adequately expained in-game what the effing differences are. Having to do research on that is just tedious. |

I'm not exactly against having more weapons, I'd just like to play an RE where we have only like one gun. Something like that'd seem more real, whatever you started with. Having to scavenge for stuff like in Outbreak would be cool too.
It could add to the realism, suspense and horror aspects fo sho._________________ -Vae Victus-Suffering To The Conquered-"The ultimate lifeform...Tyrant", Albert Wesker, REmakeConsumer Recreation Services |

| It would be pretty lame to have just ONE weapon. Even Silent Hill has several. _________________ ~The Weapon of Mass Distraction~ COMMUNITY:Resident Evil Forums Chat Group: [link]Resident Evil Forums Facebook: [link]Come check my Let's Plays: [link]Gaming forum I'm moderating: [link] |

Considering the games are quite clear on the various weapons' stats, that seems to me to be an unfounded complaint.

Yeah... too bad RE isn't about suspense or horror anymore. |

Oh it is, but there's always room for more. The things I added where pretty good examples of ways they can add to it. Of course taking out some action couldn't hurt._________________ -Vae Victus-Suffering To The Conquered-"The ultimate lifeform...Tyrant", Albert Wesker, REmakeConsumer Recreation Services |
