Hey how's it going?

Subject: Hey how's it going? Thu Nov 17, 2011 10:29 am

My name is Mike Smith, I was born on February 25, 1991 in Kansas City, Ks, which is where I still call home.
I first started with RE4 when we purchased our Wii in the Spring of 2008(The game came with it) and I have been hooked ever since. Though I have been well aware of the RE series since RE1. I just recently bought RE1 for the Playstation and plan on playing it here soon. I beat RE5 for the PS3 back in early 2011 and might play it again soon as well. Thought it was good, but nothing like RE4!

Well, if there is anything else you would like to know(Which I doubt! LOL) just ask!

Good to see you're going back to the roots with RE1 Very Happy

If you still have the Wii you should get REmake and Zer0, too. CVX HD for the PS3 should also be considered.

Ironically, those are the few games I have not played in the series... I still know them pretty well so I know what I'm talking about Razz

I can't quite give you an honest answer. I guess I'm being biased since I started with 4.
In RE4, the enemies/bosses to me, were much creepier and scarier than the enemies/bosses in RE5,
and the atmosphere in 5 wasn't like it was in 4. The one thing in 5 that was better than 4 was the
melee/team attacks!

I agree with the creepier enemies, such as the regenerators. My favorite thing about RE5 and the reason I think RE5 is better than RE4 is the story.

Oh yeah! The regenerators and their cousin's the Iron Maidens. Also the Garradors, U-3, Zealots and the Vedugo!
Yeah the story in RE5 was better than 4 and 5 had the better selection of weapons!

Welcome to our dysfunctional family.

I myself prefer the older RE games to 4 and 5. I just miss the Zombie aspect.

As if ganados and majini, indeed las plagas infectees arent zombie-like enough.

i mean, if the enemies in re4 were still called zombies, if as far as the story went they were infected with T, would anybody ve crying?

Ganados/Majini are not zombies. And yes, we would probably still be crying because RE4's story sucked ass.
