| I noticed Spike's topic and just had some queries about the warning bars I see in some users.
I know they are probably self-explanatory, but what were the main purpose for them ?
Also why do some users have them and others not ?
Where they part of the site ages ago or something ? |

| Why couldn't this be asked in Spike's thread? I really don't know why the warning bars are so sporadic. Spike only wanted people with warning bar's to speak in that thread.

Yeah, and Nite has yet to show his tail in that one.
but anyway mcghie, they used to be used for warnings....so a fraction would be taken off. it was like 2 or 3 warnings before ban.

| The warning ranks were introduced sometime in March back in '09. The last post about them is in the Forum Rules thread.

| If the thread is to be believed, then no. There's an update about a "new warning level system" and it's dated March 14th, 2009.

so i guess there was a window of time where a select amount of users got a warning bar then.
