| This is what EVERYONE needs for a Zombie outbreak. If crap started to go down, I'd drive my happy behind up to Walmart and get me one of these things!!!! |

| My good old Beretta BB Gun is all I need.
Of course, I'll pick up shotguns and magnums and grenade launchers and their respective ammunitions that are simply lying around. |

Not exactly. Knife would be a horrible weapon during an actual zombie apocalypse.
I was referring to the terrible Zombie Go Boom episode where they said a knife is EXTREMELY useful against the living dead._________________ ~The Weapon of Mass Distraction~ COMMUNITY:Resident Evil Forums Chat Group: [link]Resident Evil Forums Facebook: [link]Come check my Let's Plays: [link]Gaming forum I'm moderating: [link] |

| You guys! >_<
This would be somewhat helpful. And I know this wouldn't be the ONLY thing on my utility belt.
If there was a real zombie apocalypse, I'd have to fight my dad for who will have what gun. T_T |

Utility belt? Who are you, Batgirl? The only things that one should carry on their belt are a pistol, a couple mags for it, a knife (although I'd carry mine strapped tight to my lower leg), and maybe a small portable radio. More than that, and you risk weighing yourself down and/or making yourself too bulky to squeeze through tight places. Anything else should be in a backpack, duffel, or jump bag that you can toss through beforehand. |

Utility belt is a joke that have about my dad. He has all these pouches on his belt for work. So yeah, a utility belt. But no, I'd have a gun strapped to my thigh. A nice knife strapped to my chest would be helpful. No wonder why Claire, Chris, and Leon do it! I'd probably have another pistol or two in shoulder holsters just in case. And then I'd have me some kind of machine gun strapped to my body. But yeah, bags sound bad ass too! ^_^; |

| No, Spike, you have to leave the fanny pack if you want to travel with me. | S.Winters wrote: | | Ghost Leader wrote: | | S.Winters wrote: | You guys! >_<

And you plan to acquire this "machine gun"... how, exactly? Contrary to what the anti-gun groups here claim (I'm assuming you live in America, but correct me if I'm wrong), you can't buy full-auto assault rifles and whatnot at every run of the mill gunshop.
My preference would be a semi-automatic SPR-type AR-15 with a collapsible stock, 18" 5.56 NATO barrel (so that any military or police ammunition I run across can be safely chambered in it if needed), and low-magnification optic (Trijicon ACOG or preferably Leupold CQ-T) as my long gun, with a Glock 17 or SIG P226 pistol in 9mm as my back-up. AR-15s as well as Glocks and SIGs are widespread across the US, so a lot of .223/5.56 and 9mm ammo can be found. Most police departments as well as gunshops and sporting goods stores would have it. I'm not saying it'd be plentiful (it'd still be wise to avoid as much conflict as possible to conserve ammo), but it'd be much easier to find than something like .30 carbine for the WWII M1 carbine that that dumbass Max Brooks claimed was an "ideal" anti-walker firearm. |
