| Jack the Ripper wasn't caught either. But he had the advantage of being the first known serial killer. Wasn't William Burke way before Jack's time? If I remember correctly Burke was killing peasants since the 1600's for medical institutions,and the Ripper was at his peak in the 1800's. |
