| isnt sherry dead? im pretty sure she was the girl in the red dress in RE5, cuz after RE2 claire ran off to find chris so it was just sherry and leon. i heard that he sent her away and looks like she ended up in africa. then u kill her in RE5 |

It was confirmed that that wasn't Sherry. There's even some files you can find.
Again, though, why would anyone even consider Sherry? I mean yeah it would be cool, but it doesn't make a whole lot of sense. |

What? How could you even think so? Why would they end the story of one of the main characters like that, with no drama or explanations? Besides, that girl in the red/black dress in RE5 is named Allyson. This is confirmed by Capcom. There's even this thing called "Allyson's Diary" which explains what happened beforehand.

| i wouldnt say sherry is one of the main characters, well for RE2 yea but not for the whole series. and how leon sent her away and RE5 takes place 10 years after RE2 i thought that could have been her grown up whatever but im wrong |

Leon didn't send her away. She was taken by the government, which is why Leon started working for them. | Sherry could make a good protagonist or antagonist. Just be creative.
Antagonist option: Sherry wants revenge on those who killed her father (the good guys). So with her genes coming directly from one of the world's top scientists, she could easily become a bioterrorist herself and she could even make some virus to make herself superhuman. After being the antagonist for a while, something could make her change heart and she could start becoming good. Going through a Darth Vader transformation kind of thing.
Protagonist: The more boring and less dramatic route, she wants to save the world. Again, that would be awesome.
Of course you could add that her experience traumatized her and made her a little insane. Plus, she could be mad at the government for stealing her normal childhood (unless she was allowed to live a normal life just with security).
Really, I just want Rebecca to be the next protagonist. Come on she's awesome. |
