| Hello!  I have a problem with RE4, specifically with my savegame. You see, I had completed the game twice and I had loads of weapons that I wanted, but sadly, I bought a new processor and I put the Capcom folder to the second hard drive (to free up space for the main drive). Now I put the folder back, where it was with the savedata.dat in the folder, but whenever I launch RE4 and click load - I see emptiness: No savegames... AT ALL. How do I get my saves back? Kristjan |

| i did the same with RE4 because i want to save memory in C
i re-installed RE4 in drive D and replaced my RE4 folder with my old one with the saves and launched the game and the saves were lost
i managed to get it back ( phew!!) when i re-installed it in the previous drive.. C:\Program Files\Capcom\Resident Evil 4.. and replaced it with my old RE4 files (folder)... thats it!
i don't know if you could get the saves any other way |
