A 31 year old Raccoon Police Department officer, Ryman works at the same central precinct as the STARS. He is an expert marksman and has won several trophies in local shooting tournaments. Ryman has failed the STARS selection process twice. He is athletic, good with firearms and an avid car lover.

I think Kevin Ryman just looks more professional like he knows what to do he looks like he will be the best character to
control the zombies

tough choice.......i would have to go with Leon cuz 1 he killed a g-virus tyrant, saddler, held off a zombie outbreak, and went through a lot of trouble to just save one girl xD (sorry if this doesnt make much sense, im kinda playing resi 4 ps2 version while typing)

my vote goes to Leon. tough choice but yeah. Leon started off as a rookie cop and as a rookie cop, he went thru a lot more hell than Kevin did.

kevin doesnt have good stats exept for running faster and have more defense compared to the other outbreak's caracters.
leon is the best cuz he was able to survive the real zombie apocalypse from the 1st day of his job as RPD and was able to take the plagas out of his body and to complete his mission at Span

Leon is kinda more "character" of the series,so,he wins more space.I never played the Outbreak games.Leon is ninja and Kevin is tough.

Well, I thought it was cool that they had the same police uniform, but Leon had a long sleeve underneath, Kevin was alright, but Leon was cooler. While Leon was a rookie, Kevin failed to become a STARS member twice.

Leon without hesitation,i never played outbreak but few things i dont like about kevin:
1.his name.
2.he failed to become a S.T.A.R.S. twice,that mean something...
3.and well he look likes Luis but more on the bad "sides".
