| Salt liquorice is pretty popular around here. I don't know anyone who didn't like it. It's yummy.

Ants with wings? Great, another insect for me to fear, and I didn't even realise this one existed unless it's a midgie or a mosquito? |

These are ants for sure. And they are everywhere. I hate clegs ... they are just evil. They are basically a little black fly that hovers ... you know the kind of flying where they can zap here and there in an instant? Plus, they have a major stinger, which is bigger than their body |
Yeah. The wings are as long as the things themselves.
The only things with stingers (as far as I know) we have are bees, bumblebees and various wasps. We also have horseflies and oh boy do they bite hard.
This just from top of my head, the biggest ants we have are carpenter ants. They, too, can sprout wings and are about 2cm long and thick as a beetle. Believe it or not, there are over a hundred different kinds of salts in the sodium family. There are ones that are required to be healthy, as they help muscle function, cellular function, and stop common cramps.
But the salt i'm referring to, the kind you can find in a takeaway store or in the sea, are extremely dehydrating. |
