| No, I never unlocked it. I was satisfied with 4th Survivor & Extreme Battle Game.
That said, I wasn't too sure how to unlock Tofu. I think you need to get an A rank in 4th Survivor though right?

A knife and a couple of herbs would be way too hard for Tofu to escape. |

I like it that you get ammo from him when you get him down.
