| Hey so I thought it was probably about time that I told my fellow Resident Evil nerds about my alternative rock band, Small Machine.
We have just finished an E.P. and as an ode to our favourite video game series, the third track is named "Kind Regards, William Birkin".

No offense intended! My drummer and I have been working through all of the Resident Evil games in one-night stints... just finished "Code Veronica X" and about to move onto "Resident Evil 4"... When I get a chance I'll edit the video of us playing "Resident Evil 2"... it should be quite funny, especially when my drummer's girlfriend comes home hammered and starts talking bollocks. |

P.S. - That is an ace picture of a hunter you have there Mass Distraction. My drummer and I have started a new flat ritual of shouting "hunter!" at each other by way of a greeting following some of the scary-arse hunter attacks on "resident Evil Code Vernoica". |

Yeah I write all the lyrics for the band (I am the vocalist). I was told by someone I work with that it is really depressing, but it really wasn't meant to be... |

Hah! Hell no. I freakin' love Resident Evil. I was having a bit of a difficult debate with my drummer about which is the best the other day. A tough call...
Personally, my favourite is Resident Evil 2 as it was the game that I remember playing most when I was younger.
In terms of design I would go for Resident Evil 0. I think the graphics are ace and I quite like the switching between characters thing...
Aside from that, you cannot deny Resident Evil 4 for sheer action-packed playability. I wouldn't compare it to the first three as it feels like a different type of game. |
