| What do you think? Personally I don't know why they haven't done this yet, considering the success of the original remake. I'd give just about anything to see this happen... so long as it's done in the same style as the original, and doesn't have an over-the-shoulder camera like RE4.
Your thoughts?

| Hi thar, Welcome to the forum! Enter freely and of your own free will! (lolol Dracula references) anyway. I think and I'm sure many if not all would agree that A RE2 remake on the 360/ps3/wii would be nothing but badass. Of course I would imagine they would do the over the shoulder thing cause thats just how it is now, but REmake style would be even better of course. Expanding on areas, badass graphics, basically build from the ground up. Yeah, got my vote. |

| it would be great to have a remake of RE1 2 and 3... get everything in 3D and also get an ada's scenario like in RE4, as well as new dodges
btw... you should make your own thread on the introductions section, everyone does that for a start |

I'm not sure about having it in 3D, it just wouldn't be true to the original... that said, I may change my mind after playing Revelations. I can't wait for that game. I wouldn't like an RE2 remake to be in the style of RE4, it just wouldn't really work, in my opinion...

You mean where the camera follows instead of pre-rendered backgrounds? Might work... but honestly, I'd rather they just did it exactly the same way as the first remake... the only remake.. the only remake of the first one.. in the series... the only remake in the series... that happens to also be the first game... remake of the first game that is, not first actual game... although technically it is the first game..

To be honest that's what I have been saying for years, they should bring 1.5 out But not different the same PSX graphics nothing changed but just have the game 100% complete obv lol or even the RE2 remake having 1.5 in it aswell or even better the RE2 remake when you complete the game you unlock RE1.5 option were you have the option to play the complete version but like the PSX not a remake and nothing done to it If that happened then my life would be complete  |

we're also craving for that 1.5 too, it's somewhere hidden in this world, and i've read no one has a copy of it anymore but capcom... i also read that capcom took all of the copies back sometime after it was released with RE2 as a special edition in japan... i don't really know what capcom has in mind.. but if you think they would release a copy of it, think again... it's been years since RE 1.5 and it was never heard of from capcom since then |
