Anybody here posted comments on Youtube?

Well has anybody seen that stupid thing that stops you, saying that you have posted too much and have to type that code, which is all deformed so you can't really tell what it is, just to post a comment?

I hate those, just wanted to rant about it a bit.

Anyway, yeah, I wanted to post a comment, it said that, I tried to type it in, and it said I put the wrong thing....I just don't understand the point of them, I mean do they want me to put the correct code in or not???!!!

Anybody know the point of those?

It's to prevent spammers but I hate it. I post a lot on YT and I hate it when I get that. Sometimes if the code you wrote is incorrect all you wrote is lost :/

Maybe it's just there as a spam filter thing. Like when you want to register on a forum, they get you to type out six letters or numbers that you can hardly read!

YouTube has been so slow for me in recent weeks, yet it's probably a server issue as it always seemed to play fine during the night. It's like if the icon goes beyond the red bar and the bar is not full, it makes the video freeze while it must buffer up slowly. This is possibly due to the fact I have a shitty connection; I use wireless in my room upstairs, so it is much slower than my ma's comp.

And by the way, can I get my name changed over to White Rock?

Yeah, I mean I get serious crap to deal with a lot, and that guy posting about me in December was like his way of stirring the pot. Glad I finally got that ED page removed, though. Didn't know it was so easy to get it pulled; I really could have had it deleted the week it went up, only I had no idea how to report it or who had started it. But that's the internet for you.

Best not to quote my posts too often as I don't really wanna keep advertising what forums I visit, etc. Got a lot of "flies" around me. And if my name is changed, it doesn't change the name in prior quotes.

Not a paranoid fella by any means, but I prefer the peace and quiet that every forum should have, but rarely doesn't. Though hopefully they really don't give a shit anymore.
