| Hi all. I'm stuck in Resident Evil Archives and was hoping for some help.
I'm playing Jill and am trying to return the serum to Richard who is poisoned. I have the serum in my bag, but when I try to go through the door to get back to Richard I keep getting the message "I need to get the serum".
Is this a bug in the game or something? I can't go any further until I get through this door.

| No. I can't figure out what's going on. I've done this numerous times in the original RE, so I know what to do. It just seems that the game doesn't recognize that I have the serum.

The only thing that got me like that in Archives, was not having the Grenade Launcher glitch....
Anyway, as for your problem, you may have to just restart. It may seem like a huge task, but you really aren't that far, and it would fly by like nothin' once you get started again.
