.....that's even more confussing, where did she get the different sample?? and why did it work???

She sent Wesker a regular plaga sample. It was somehow modified though. She was supposed to send him the type that Saddler used, but she tricked him and sent that one to the Organization. It is said that Wesker just got the RE5 plagas from the black market. There is some confusion as to whether that is true, or if he just used the sample that Ada sent him.
