| I think the regenerator would explode out of frustration! That girl probably could have survived the rail gun that kills the nemesis at the end of the resident evil 3 game.

| I'm sure the strength of Lisa when she swung her arms at a regenerator would probably kill the parasites.  However I'd imagine a regenerator would slink up to her and bite her neck (?) (suck her blood?) |

Well she was pinned down by the chandeleer, so more than likely she was there for the explosion, which surely would kill her. | I would say Lisa. I think she only "died" in Umbrella chronicles, Weskers report or something, when the chandaleir falls on her and the mansion explodes |
