| this is a topic I wanted to start so we could share which game series or single game was tough to get through from beginning to end...for me I would pick the Fatal Frame series...I have played all three games for the ps2 and they were all hard to get through on the first playthrough...just trying to find your way around was hard but then fighting ghosts in very tight spaces with your camera made the games 100X harder |

| Good topic.... for me I would have to say the Clock Tower series, they were all pretty tough on a first playthrough. I would also go with the Call of Duty series on veteran, especially World at War. |

| I'll have to go with the Ninja Gaiden series, although the latest was propably the easiest (easiest final boss ever). Also the Forbidden Siren series. Hard as hell. I'm still going to get Siren: Blood Curse.
Silent Hills are really hard too, but not the hardest I've played.
EDIT: I almost forgot, one of the hardest games to get everything done is the Disgaea series. Although the main story is a cakewalk, the 9999 top level and the hardest optional bosses being that level... It's hard. | I did not think that Siren was that bad...I didnt play Siren 2 (damn region codes) so I cant say anything about that yet...the only hard parts in Silent Hill were some of the puzzles...some of them gave me a hard time |

I love that game! I'm going to start it over soon because my previous comp broke and I lost my saves.

I didnt play all of the clock tower games but I remember it was hard as hell and I loved that game too |

| I have to revive this topic because I have elected a new series...the Brothers in Arms series is maybe the hardest I have played now...the games just seem completely unbalanced to me |

I played a demo of Hells Highway and it was more than enough to piss me off. |

Maybe they were Aryan super Nazis with really fast bolt manipulating skills???? Like some project that spilled over from the Wolfenstien games. |
