As most of you probably guessed, Wesker is my favourite antagonist, and character for that, who do you guys like, or would like to have seen as the series main antagonist? I really liked William Birkin whilst he lasted, but I don't really think he was a full-fledged antagonist.

Wesker was great. Birkin was as well. I really liked Irving, though he was small time. If anything, I'd like to see Sherry become an antagonist and slowly turn back to the good side. I also wish they hadn't killed off Sergei. He was great as well.

Yeah I liked Sergei too, Capcom seem to have a knack for killing off potential main antagonists (besides Wesker) though

Nicholai Ginovaef & Nemesis. They were awesome characters and I remember them really good since RE3 was my first actual contact with the series. Nicholai as the evil and corrupt person as he was and Nemesis as one of the scariest entities and recurring bosses I know.

I remember running through the R.P.D building in RE3, and Nemesis jumping through the wall. At this point it had been a while since we saw him in the game. The R.P.D bit of RE3 will always remain one of the most tense moments in any RE game in my mind.

I would have to go with Nemesis just because of all the times you had to fight him off throughout RE3

Apart from the obvious, i would go for Birkin but i quite liked sergei as well.
