| Ok, so I figured there would be a thread for RE6. But Im not seeing a recent one. I pretty much registered cause I wanted to hear from the pros what they wanted in RE6, and if they would tell me what has been confirmed
I was thinking...I would like something in Russia or something. It seems to me they havent went for the snowey setting yet (that Im aware of, Ive played zero, the original, REmake, 4, 5, both outbreaks, and the wii chronicles series). Russia could definitley give the feeling of isolated, and theres wolves and shit there.
Also Id like to see a four player co-op. I figure since Gears of war 3 and lost planet 2 maybe we'll see that. But only multiplayer, sort of like horde on gears
Again I apologize if this has already been posted, dont flame me |

| I'm not fan of multiplayer. It would be fine if they made the game & just added the multiplayer part in afterwards, but I don't see it that way. Instead they focus so much on the multiplayer aspect that other things get neglected. I don't like the whole "team work" aspects. I prefer lonliness in Resident Evil. |

Yeah, Sheva got me screwed a hundred times everytime I played through 5. I was thinking in all the earlier ones there was always two but they went their seperate ways, so maybe the co-op would be like that, but then I dunno that the systems could handle that or something.
Different multiplayer modes would be awesome. And they should put in all the big characters, Leon, Rebecca, Krauser, etcetc |

| There's no general RE6 topic (at least that I'd remember) but there's a discussion on the main protagonist here, if you wanna read all the 12 pages http://www.residentevilforums.net/resident-evil-discussion-f1/resident-evil-6-protagonist-t2053-0.htmAnyway, Russia has been used already (in the chronicles) so it'd be nice to see something they have not already done... Maybe a rainforest? Or somewhere in Asia. Bringing back the co-op in 6 would also be nice, since I really liked to play it through with my friends a lot. Didn't really play 5 much having Sheva as the computer but what I did play, she wasn't very smart. Bring back HUNK! _________________ ~The Weapon of Mass Distraction~ COMMUNITY:Resident Evil Forums Chat Group: [link]Resident Evil Forums Facebook: [link]Come check my Let's Plays: [link]Gaming forum I'm moderating: [link] |

| Never really had a problem with Sheva. And yes, they did Russia already. I would kind of like an urban area. They haven't done that in a main game in some time. _________________ Leon Fanboys Please Click Here Wesker is officially dead: http://ps3.ign.com/articles/100/1006931p1.html | NiteKrawler wrote: | | Jamesy wrote: | | Fine you win NightCrawler |

| Ah I mustve forgot about the chronicles, I hadnt played it since it came out. That seemed more like a warehouse or some kind of lab I think? The Russian outdoor would be cool, is it called the tundra I think?
I think with a rainforest the enemies would look alot like the native kijuju dudes. But that would be cool too, I can already see there would be alot of freak bugs and shit. I thought of that movie where they were stuck on the top of that temple and they couldnt leave because they touched that plant...the name escapes me but it was horrible.
An urban setting would probably be what Id like to see the most but it seems to be they want to have a different enviornment for all the new titles, and I dont see them going back to the city scape type
And on Sheva I didnt have a problem when I played at first, but then I wanted to beat it on veteran with no upgrades, so every little bit counts. Ive gotten to the oil field and she keeps getting chainsawed, dumb skank |

Probably because they had to modernize the gameplay with the over the shoulder cam. This means that it is quite a bit easier to take on multiple enemies. This mean that a few slow moving T-Virus zombies would be too easy. This means that in order to have a good T-Virus zombie game that is fun and challenging, there would have to be a whole hell of a lot of them on screen at once. This means that maybe one day, when the tech gets there, we will see T-Virus zombies once again. And I'll be there with bells on when it happens.

I could see it being challenging with the old zombies, but there would have to be alot. Like a shit ton of slow zombies and then some zombies than run and try to bite your face. Kind of like the dawn of the dead remake. The STARS/BSAA agents could come save the guys stuck in the mall! |

First person would relinquish all ties RE still has to survival horror and turn it into just another FPS, as if there aren't enough already. |

| I'm just hoping an RE6 will be made at all. They said if a next game was made, it would be released in about 3-4 years since Capcom wants to scrap everything and start over from scratch. |
