Yeah I think you did, because you had to have The Mercenaries unlocked. Then get 5 stars on every stage with every character. Like I said, tough. But worth it. If you ever play RE4 again you should definitely go for it.

I played through Mercenaries a lot after I finished the game and the most I can get is 3 or 4 stars
