I've had people tell me this guy is William Birkin and then others telling me it's actually someone from RE:Degeneration.

Any idea who exactly it is and how much it might be worth?

That's William Birkin. The character in Degeneration was a G-mutant too, but not Birkin.

Ok thanks, I thought that might be the case. I doubt I'll look to sell it anyway unless I find out that it's for some reason worth loads (unlikely ).

I really need to dig out Resident Evil 1 and 2, they were such epic games but I can barely even remember them now.
