Me and my friend were debating earlier of how a zombie would be able to kill a really tall person like 6ft5 or 6ft8? How would a zombie be able to bite and kill a 6ft8 stars guy lumbering around the spencer mansion and how would a zombie be able to bite his kneck?

Zombies can't scracth and neither can they crawl on thier legs to bite the ankle unless you blow thier leg off.

What are you on? if you get scratched by a zombie, then you turn into one! and a zombie can bite you anywhere and you'll turn into a zombie.

Wesker - Crimson Heads can scratch you but zombies can only bite you on the torso, ankle or kneck, I guess they can lunge for you as well. Also crimson heads can scratch but its not like you turn into a zombie you just take damage same when a zombie bites you as well you just get injured.

I guess you got a point a though that zombies can bite you anywhere no matter how big you are.

yeh ok. but are we talking about the games or just zombies. because on the zombie movies, if you get scratched by a zombie then you turn into one.

I am talking about the game not a film. It would just look weird a zombie trying to maul a really tall person in the game probably why the two main players in the resident evil 1 remake where under 6ft.

Ehhh? I thought that in any Zombie situation it was allways just the bite that infects you? Like its spread through the fluid in the zeds mouth or something.
