| I think there's more fun to be had with Left 4 dead on multiplayer, but Resident Evil will win on the single player scale.
Left 4 Dead is a great, fun game but lacks story! L4d is good to play with friends but there are alot of issues that Valve need to sort out. emm i dont know witch one is better, its kinda hard. but since this is a resident evil forum, ill go for resident evil, and I think most people on this will go for RE as well |

| i just got to try L4D now since I got a 360...I will have to pick RE because it just has more...L4D is a big run and gun game while RE is more of an in depth game not just a shooting game |

| L4D is quite good but Re is the best for singleplayer (awesome stories) and multiplayer (versus  ) |

| Left4Dead. For every 1 zombie I take out in RE, I kill a hundred in L4D. if I do want some story however, I guess RE would be better, with whatever sorry excuse they have for a story. But really, who gives a shit about story when you’re blasting zombies.. |

I liked the L4D 2 DLC story when survivors from first L4D join those. Bill dies. Now that brings some stuff from RE. Its not jsut run around and survive. There are stories behind characters that build the games IMO. Every game needs good story and good character thatll fit into that story. |

RE's story is so unique and has a lot behind it , you know the great plot , how and when the situations take place , and of course the characters who have big stories behind them .. L4D's story is so common and sometimes not specific... |

I agree, zombie survival games like that one have something... hmmm.. A thing that not many of other games have. With awesome story gameplay isnt problem with me. I mean it could be effd up, but hey, Im enjoying the story and I like it. Dont u agree |

Having not played L4D yet, I can say that my opinion is pretty much the same as yours from what I know about the game. As for multiplayer, RE is starting to bring that into the series a bit more, and Mercs can keep you and a buddy playing for awhile, I also vote for RE.
