| So, which do you prefer? Did you like the three live action movies (and propably 4th coming) more than Degeneration and 4D Executer? I really don't like the three movies starring "Alice". They raped the whole series by making so much stuff up. As stand alone movies they would've been fine but... why? The first one was ok but as the storyline kept going it derieved itself from the original RE storyline so much that you can hardly call it Resident Evil anymore. And a 4th one coming? Oh no... The CG movies on the other hand were really good. Well, there were some stuff that needed improving but they were faithful to the series. AND! | Heck yea the CG movies were much much better than the live action ones. Although I have only seen Degeneration and not the 4D one...I'd like them all to be like Degeneration from now. | The Alice movies were good as "action" movies, not RE movies.
CG is the best and only way to go for RE as you can't depict in real life what people are so accostomed to seeing in CG. I'd hate to see Chris or Wesker or any of the characters played by a real live actor, ruins all the mystique and fun of it. |

I agree, I find the movies very entertaining. However, I'm glad that they haven't tried to make any films based on the actual games. How would Resident Evil 4 OR God forbid, the original Resident Evil look for example? Paul Anderson needs to have his head checked. |
