| Umbrella knew what it could do. They definitely didn't want a biohazard, but their intentions were still evil. And the UBCS weren't bad. | Nite so can you give me more info on how Tricell is related to Umbrella?
I think Wesker met Excella for the first time not too long after the Mansion Incident in 1999 if I am right? |

| Tricell isn't really related to Umbrella at all except for being another huge pharmaceutical company. I'm not sure when Wesker met Excella, but I would guess it was around the time of RE4. That doesn't make sense. We've already seen that there is corruption in Tricell.
