| krauser. we all no he could rape any RE villain. he was used dumbly. i dont know if he died, but he owns, and should be the main character of the next game. it could start when he was human and a good guy and progress to RE4. a sweet ending owuld be that he survived the los Illuminados incident |

It was just a plaga. Saddler was the only one with a control plaga I believe. He was just the same as Mendez and Salazar. Remember that after the Raccoon City incident, there were few other virus related biohazards. The only ones were: The Russian base, the airport in Degeneration, and Rockfort Island and Antarctica. Actually, Saddler had a master plaga, and the other had queen plagas. Apparently the plaga sample that Ada sent to...someone...was a master plaga. Although, the Resident Evil Wiki says that the Queen plagas are sometimes called Master plagas. That doesn't make much sense because Queen and Master plagas are completely different.
