You get Platinum after getting all the others right?
You've probably already found this out, but "The Works" trophy is easiest to get on the train station level. (2-1, if I remember correctly). Just take a weak pistol or something and shoot the Big Man Majini until he stumbles. Then press X (or square in your case) to start the combo. The other character (depending on who you are) can then walk up and smack him a second time. If done correctly, you will be prompted with a third melee attack that will finish him off. I did this one with a friend, and it was quite easy to get because he was sure to get the second attack. I don't know how easy it is with the AI.
In this video the guy uses a flash grenade, which now that I think about it, makes it a lot easier.
As for PRO, there's only a couple of tips I can give you:
1. Play with a friend, it will make your life a lot easier
2. Whatever empty inventory spaces you have, fill them with first aid sprays or green and red herbs, you are going to need them
3. I don't know exactly how much they help, but I took the melee and bulletproof vest with me at all times.
4. Stay right next to your partner at all times, except when you have to be separated. When you are separated, be extremely careful, once you enter DYING mode, you only have 1 second to be healed or resuscitated.
5. Run through the levels. Don't worry about accuracy or kills, just get to the end, always keep moving.
6. The infinite rocket launcher will allow you to breeze through most of the levels and boss battle easy peasy lemon sqeezy.
7. The only extremely difficult levels are 2-3 (the Ndesu) and 5-3, as you cannot use the rocket launcher on Jill.
Ndesu Tips:
Play this level with the AI, it will be a lot easier as they are sure to hit the parasites protruding from the big ugly brute. It also means you are the only one who has to hit the dodge prompts. It doesn't really matter who you are, but I played it as Sheva because her gun doesn't over heat as fast. Make sure you always take care of the Molotov Majini on the left balcony, as he will do a lot of damage. Some guides say to leave one of the archers alive, so the other one doesn't spawn, but on PRO, even one archer is a pain in the ass, so always kill them both as soon as you can. When he picks up the rock the first time, shoot the barrel next to him and he will drop it. If you are lucky, he won't try it again, but if he does, train your gun on the rock and keep firing until it breaks. When the big parasite pops out shoot it as much as possible. When I played it, the thing didn't die after the second time he keeled over, so I had to do a third. It took me about 5 tries, but eventually I got used to shooting where I had to when I had to, and when I did it for my friend, I got it on the first try, and S ranked the level.
Jill tips:
Take a partner for this, as well as a weak pistol. When she first runs down and pulls out her guns, shoot her quickly so that she stumbles. If you hit the device, all the better. When she runs up the wall onto the balcony, quickly get underneath her, as she cannot shoot you there. The rest is basically the same as normal except one thing: one missed dodge will put you into dying mode. But your playing with a partner, with loads of health, so you're okay, right? WRONG! When Jill knocks you or your friend down, and they go into dying mode, you can't hit B or circle to heal them until they have stood up, by which time their 1 second lifespan has ended. Luckily, there is a simple solution to this. Whenever one person goes to repeatedly tap X or A to TEAR OFF the device, the other quickly pulls out some health and stands next to their partner. If the partner misses the dodge, immediately hit X or square to heal them. Repeat this until you have successfully removed the device.
PS: If you decide to shoot the device and throw Jill to the ground instead of always holding her, it's best to do it with a pistol, because if you miss a magnum shot or any other gun, she's dead.
Anyway, like I said, you probably already knew most if not all of that, but just in case. I hadn't seen the tip about healing in the Jill battle anywhere on any of the guides I read, it was just something I thought I'd try, and it happened to work.
