Setting: "Raccoon's Den", a cafe in Raccoon City
Time: 8:00pm.

Daniel was in a cafe`meeting up with someone he knew. They discussed something quietly. Around them there were people listening to a poet on stage. This cafe was a hangout for beatniks and goths and such. On certain nights bands came to play as well. Daniel nodded and received the manila envelope from the other guy and nodded. "OK then. I'll make sure to check out the blueprints. I'll contact you as soon as I have planned it out." "Good, I'll be expecting your call," the other man said. He then got up pushing his chair in and left. Daniel sighed to himself and put the manila folder in the big pocket hidden in his trench coat. He took a sip of his white chocolate mocha and thought about how he was going to go about his assignment. Daniel then thought he heard something and looked over at his window to his left. A zombie had its face pressed to the window and let out a moan. His eyes widened and leaned back into his chair suddenly trying to move away from the window causing him to fall back,chair and all. Suddenly, the door burst open and a group of the undead walked in and people started to panic. Some were attacked and others ran out the cafe the best they could. The window by the table where Daniel sat suddenly crashed open and the zombie broke in. It started coming at Daniel and he kicked it away and broke into a run. One zombie grabbed a hold of him and he flipped it over his shoulder and continued running heading towards the back door. He jumped over the counter into the kitchen area and ran out the back door and into an alley.

Daniel continued to run down the alleyway scaring a cat by accident on the way down. After about a minute, he slowed down and from his sheath, which was clipped on to his belt, Daniel pulled out his switchblade. It wasn't much, but that was all he had on him. "I could try to get back to my car, but I don't know if the coast is clear or safe enough to try to sneak by any of those things if there are still some by the cafe` entrance." he thought to himself. He took a deep breath and started walking carefully and alertly forward hoping that the crowd had thinned out from in front of the cafe` entrance. ".............."
