| Well I am not too familliar with FEAR other than it is an acronym for First Encounter Assaul Recon, or False Evidence Appearing Real.  But I know the UBCS isn't a corporation, it is a private military force for Umbrella and by Umbrella. | Depends entirely on the situation. UBCS is best during a zombie outbreak. FEAR would be better for an alien/ supernatural attack. They are two forces trained for two different things. |

i remember first hearing about the game...i thought it was going to be a creepy fps but I was wrong...so it wasn't that great...it was short too |
