@NiteKrawler yes, sorry for that cuz I was converting other vids while recording this one, so that's why it lagged :-D
@frodomir Ok so first of all I used fraps to record it (To download, go to www.fraps.com)
Now I list fraps settings:
Fps = 30
Record Sound = Yes (I have vista, so it records direct sound with pure quality)
No Cursor = Yes (Reduces file size if you don't have cursor)
Size = Full Size
Ok and when you record it, then put in game resolution 1280x720 (720p)
That is the best, cuz that is HD and It makes video full screen, without black bars.
Aspect Ratio needs to be 16:9 to use that resolution.
If you have got higher aspect ratio, like me at 16:10, then you might not see the total full screen, like you won't see the hud fully,you'll only see half of it, but it's still totally playable, but only like without hud.
Ok now there are 2 options!! :-D
1st OPTION
You download VirtualDub from here -> http://switch.dl.sourceforge.net/sourceforge/virtualdub/VirtualDub-1.8.8.zip (Original Site download, just I copied direct link)
And you need to download xVid codec from here -> http://downloads.xvid.org/downloads/xvidcore-1.2.1.zip (Same as with VirtualDub, it's original,no cracked stuff)
Extract xVid file.Open it, install it.
Ok so now you have some video files in fraps folder.(Unless you changed the destination where it saves them)
Extract VirtualDub somewhere and open VirtualDub.exe in the VirtualDub folder.
Ok so you've opened it up and click File->Open Video File-> And here you take the video file, that you have recorded with your fraps.
IF you have multiple video files, then click file again and click Assign AVI segment, until you got all videos in Vdub.(PS! It takes all names in a row sometimes if they are labelled like Video1,Video2,etc..)
Now that you have videos in virtualdub, then you have to go to in virtual dub settings again, which are Video->Compression...
Now scroll down in settings and you find xVid Mpeg 4 codec. Click on it and click OK.(PS! everytime you open virtualdub, you have to select the codec again)
Ok now you click File->Save as AVI... and put a name for the video and a destination, where to save.
Now it just does it's job and wait till it's done.
2nd OPTION ( FOR WINDOWS VISTA OR WINDOWS XP ONLY)
Open up windows movie maker.
Drag and drop the video files into movie maker.
Just put em in order into the boxes,or in the timeline.(You can change it too,from those boxes to timeline, I prefer timeline, it's better)
Now click Publish to->This Computer
File name: Anything you like here.
Publish to: Anywhere, where you like.
Click next and click to show more options.
Now click on More Settings : Windows Media HD 720p (PAL)
And click publish & ur done!
Hope this helps and GOD DAMNIT MY FINGERS AND HANDS BURN THAT I WANT TO DIE
