Being strong isnt everything...
For example, David and Goliath
And I would say that Leon is physically stronger...
Leon is way more agile than Chris, and combining his skills into one, he becomes lethal weapon... |

| I personally think Chris is better. Leon may be faster, but Chris is stronger physically and has way more experience. Plus he's a master marksman. He could hit a fly from 500 feet away with a handgun (might be exaggerating, but Chris is the best shooter in the series) |

Yeah I guess everyone else has selective reading.
Obviously Chris is stronger, but even in a fight, although this was not the question, I guess it should still be addressed, Chris has more experience, obviously a marksman, not too shabby in knife combat, and can take one hell of a beating.
