| If you want more weapons just play older ones like San Andreas and Vice City. Lots of mods. |

| To be honest, I think alot of people are trying too hard to relive the old days, by asking for remakes after remakes after remakes... I think it has actually gotten a bit ridiculous, with movie remakes and game ones too... I think that we need to give remakes a break, especially since most of the time people just say how they suck. And they're running out of original ideas because of the types of movies that come out these days. No one can be inspired by a movie that is about to explode with sex or gore. Hollywood makes me sick these days. Out for a quick buck, because that's the American way? Not ideas actually... Modern generation likes modern graphics and graphics effects... Thats why most of 1 / 2 D remakes are 3 D now... |

Vice City and San Andreas may not stand up to GTA IV in terms of graphics, but they more than make up for it in terms of gameplay and fun factor, two areas that a lot of current gen games (Assassin's Creed, Golden Axe: Beast Rider, Prince of Persia, for example) lack severely for me. So, personally, I think remakes of them aren't necessary just yet. Maybe when the PS4, Xbox720, and Nintendo Virtuacube come out, but definitely not yet.
There are older games out there that moreso deserve remake treatment, such as Streets of Rage, Primal Rage, the Strike series, and so on. |
