Who can say what they did before we saw them on a MI-24 with other biohazard counter measure soldiers?
perhaps they were doing some recon on the villages near the Factory(wich would be logical,those factories,even if its just for cover,need people to get them working like a normal factory)
but perhaps Im wrong....
