Basically, I'm playing through as Chris and I'm at the bit where you need to fight plant 42. I did the book puzzle to get into the room where the plant is, but then I realised I didn't have enough ammo so headed back to the save room item box. However, once I got back to the door with the book puzzle, the middle book is missing. The puzzle hasn't reset, the books still make up the picture, but the middle book is gone ...
